I am a PhD candidate in the Digital Linguistics group, supervised by Prof. Dr. Lena A. Jäger and Prof. Dr. Rico Sennrich. I am also a Grant Holder Manager of the MultiplEYE COST Action.
The name of the project:
Leveraging Implicit Human Feedback for Training Large Language Models
Project Description
My PhD project lies at the intersection of natural language processing and cognitive science. It explores how signals of human attention—captured via eye-tracking during reading—can serve as implicit supervisory feedback to train and evaluate large language models. Specifically, I aim to identify optimal methods for integrating these cognitive signals into model development, enhancing performance on various downstream NLP tasks.
