The following overview shows whom you can contact for different concerns. Many organizational questions are answered in our FAQ or on the central Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences student pages and the UZH student portal. Please consult these first.

| the CL study programs | The program-specific academic advising. Email to study@cl.uzh.ch or book an online consultation slot. |
| a study program change | The program-specific academic advising for questions about requirements study@cl.uzh.ch. Otherwise, the change can be requested independently once per semester. |
| general study-related topics | The UZH portal for students |
| final thesis | Our Bachelor’s thesis or Master’s thesis process descriptions. |
| graduation | The information on BA or MA graduation from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. |
| your application or the admission procedure | The Admissions Office . You can check the status of your application at any time in the UZH application portal . |
| language courses or scientific writing | The Academic Communication Center (ACC) of Language Center of UZH and ETH Zurich. |
